Our Early Bird reservation is the answer. This scheme enables "YOU" to reserve a property before it has been released for sale.

1. A fully refundable reservation fee is placed against your chosen property.
2. Through close communication with the Sales Negotiator approximate time scales can be discussed.
3. If you need to market your existing home we will liaise with your chosen estate agent with regular updates on our build program.
4. When your chosen property becomes available we will contact you with a fixed price, you then have the option to proceed with a full reservation subject to your ability to proceed.
